I had a few good experiences. Overall, I would give zero stars, if I could. My experience with this dealership has escalated to the point of the Better Business Bureau. Just know, it is “normal” for brand new 2024 Nissan Altimas to shift incorrectly from the 3rd and 4th gears. Per the Service Manager, Paul, there is “nothing they can do about it.” Please know, you are expected to do your own due diligence on specifics of each vehicle. They “solved” the issue of my brand new screen flickering/strobing- the issue was back a week later and I have yet to receive the requested documentation on services performed. Per Tionie, Owner Loyalty Manager, sales staff are “only going by the training that is given from Nissan about their product.“ So, McLarty Daniel does not train their sales team on the specifics of the models they are selling? I was relayed false information regarding the capabilities of my vehicle and they offered absolutely no recovery. I’ve actually been waiting for over a month to hear from the one who does have authority to offer recovery, Austin Williams. More

Follow up to my other review I left because while I love my car i bought, this dealership has caused me nothing but stress and agony ever since while also dealing with serious health conditions. Nissan in bentonville and nissans website will claim to "wave" up to 3 payments before your lease is up if you are re leasing or buying a purchase. Which was confirmed by the dealership via email. They failed to do so and instead of providing me proof it was paid, the last and only payment I had on my lease for them to "wave" went to collections after their financial department claims they paid it but won't call me back or provide me proof to show NMAC. Their GM won't call me, email me or try to rectify this situation himself in any way since March and I've only been able to get answers through my salesmen who is the only person who seems to find this important, only getting peices of info at a time and even offered to pay some of it himself out of guilt for what is happening. which is beyond inappropriate as the dealership is the one making these deals with customers and not following through. McLarty Daniel Nissan in bentonville should be appalled and beyond embarrassed to allow this situation to happen to a someone who's used them for 4 vehicles now and even recently gave them buisiness only to try to help my salesman. Tione who I suppose is their form of customer service is the most immature representative and NMAC personally told me to not speak with her after reading them our emails back and forth for any customer service matters, as she does not provide any accurate information and is incredibly unprofessional in her emails. I had tried emailing her 1 last time out of good faith and she responded like a middle schooler, only solidifying why I was told to not speak with her. NMAC said that the dealership just needed to send in their payment to make this right since they made the deal with me as a customer. Since March all I wanted was this "waved" payment to be taken care of since it was one of the selling points of buying a vehicle there or re leasing and all I've been met with is passive aggressive emails and not a single representative from the location willing to call me back or email me back on the matter even before it escalated. I even offered for them to cut me a check to just make it a quick fix to make this go away for NMAC to be happy and even that wasn't good enough for them. Billy Turner is a great salesman but this established has now not only affected my finances and credit but also my health from all the stress. This was my 1st car purchase ever and while they might forget I ever stepped foot in their door as just another car off the lot, I unfortunately will never get to forget this experience. I loved and used Nissan for years all for this to have to be my lasting impression. More

Emmanuel (sales) and Rich (finance) were fantastic to work with. Emmanuel listened to everything we had to say, asked probing questions, and was able to make recommendations that fit our budget and lif work with. Was concerned with losing my truck and the payments that were shown when I tried a different dealer. Billy kept in contact with me and was able to work with NMAC to get my financed again through them, along were shown when I tried a different dealer.
