Sure enough the process was simple and the most painless transaction I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. The communication I had back and forth with my sales advisor Tim Smith was great. No pressure or heavy upselling tactics from him or finance Paul M, which was amazing to me. I also shopped around a lot looking for the best deal for the money. After almost a year looking I can say they have the best deals on the best cars. I highly recommend them to purchase your next vehicle. More

Our Salesman, Tim Smith, was great to work with. We had called ahead, and the car we were interested was waiting for us when we arrived. We couldn't have asked for a nicer, knowledgeable salesman. I recently purchased a 2018 BMW 430i Convertible from CBB. The service was great. Tim and Nissa mostly handled the process. Tim even video-recorded the car and sent a Youtube link to watch the video. Nissa was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of my questions. The process was done entirely online since I am over a thousand miles away from Arizona. The only "not so good" experience I had was after I signed all the paperwork and waiting for the car to be delivered. It became difficult to get in touch with the dealership. I called Jack and he said he would return my call, but he did not. Even about a week after I completed the paperwork, no one updated me on when the car was going to get picked up and delivered to me. But it soon worked out and the car was delivered to me looking very nice as it appeared in the pictures and video. Overall, great dealership. I would recommend it! I would likely purchase another car from them in the future. Thank you for the great service! More
