This was my second purchase from CBB, I purchased a BMW convertible from them this time last year. A week after I brought that car home, I had a tire blow out and it appeared that one other tire was comple convertible from them this time last year. A week after I brought that car home, I had a tire blow out and it appeared that one other tire was completely worn, which I had not noticed. I drove it back to discuss the issue, which they resolved by giving me 4 new tires, at no cost. From then on I promised I'd start each car search there. For the past few months, I've been researching other luxury convertibles. Logged on to a car website the other day and there was a 2019 Maserati listed with less than 2,000 miles at, you guessed it, CBB. Called up my salesman Tim on a Friday afternoon and drove off the lot that day before closing time. I had not had a chance to research loans, since I moved quickly to buy the car. They gave me the car with a small (relative to the $100k+ price of the car) deposit and let me drive it off. I drove up to Vegas for a long weekend, returning Tuesday. A couple of days after that, I arranged my loan and paid a more significant deposit. From start to finish, everyone from Tim, my guy, to his buddy Howie, who filled in when Tim was not there to Sara in finance to the general manager, did whatever they could to get me into the car and were very, very patient while I researched and documented my car loan. With about 2,000 miles, the car might as well be new, but the price was a percentage of new. Posting this review to emphasize that there are still places which work to earn repeat business, are as good as their word and stand behind what they sell. I very much recommend Certified Benz and Beemer as the place to start, and finish, your car buying journey. More
