By far the most comfortable and enjoyable car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was shocked, at first, by how he continuously expressed his gratitude for me “allowing” him to help me and for choosing CBB. The first few times he said “thank you” did honestly feel a bit like what you’d expect of a salesman. However…by the third and fourth time, I could see and feel he was truly grateful for the opportunity to help me get my dream truck. About the truck…Tim let it sell itself. Provided all facts. No fancy adjectives and superlatives to hype up the vehicle. Just the facts. He confidently answered my questions and addressed my concerns. He took note of items I wanted taken care of and I felt assured he would honor his word. It was like talking to an uncle helping me choose the right car to buy. Not a car salesman. I had a similarly amazing experience with Kerry completing the financing. He was obliged to offer the extras like warranty coverage, gap insurance, etc. But that was it. He offered. He did not push when I declined. Great guy! This is truly the first time I wasn’t anxious or on high guard while making a major purchase. I hope to not need another vehicle any time soon but…when I do…I’ll definitely shop CBB’s inventory first. More
