Best car buying experience I've ever had! Well it takes a lot for me to be impressed with someone selling me a product. But I had to post my experience at Progressive Chrysler Jeep and Dodge. Well it takes a lot for me to be impressed with someone selling me a product. But I had to post my experience at Progressive Chrysler Jeep and Dodge. Years ago my wife and I had Jeeps but the dealership I dealt with no longer carried Chrysler. We had been dealing with Honda and our lease was ending. On a whim I stopped at Progressive just to take a peek at the Chrysler line of vehicles. I met with one of the owners Tim Sanders told him my situation and what I was going to get from Honda. From there he introduced me to Jimmy Dowling to go over some options. Jimmy was very good and knew every detail of the vehicles he presented to me. Not only did they SAVE me money on the lease but got us more for the money! The whole experience was very low pressure and made me very comfortable with our choices. Nathaniel Wisor got us where we needed to be in the financing without a hitch and also handled the trade in's. This was a stress free buying experience. Even dealing with Wayne Farris signing the paperwork for two vehicles was a breeze. Every associate I came in contact with was at the top of their game. I will be a customer for years to come. They made it happen, quickly and easily. My dad trusts Progressive and Frank Longo. He does them a great service with his professionalism, and no pressure sales. He didn't try to sell anything to me I didn't want or could afford. Great experience. Now I see why my dad always comes back to Progressive for his new vehicle purchases. That being said, being in sales myself, you don't let a customer walk away. I felt they tried so I returned to finish the deal. I also had a problem with the interior of my vehicle when it was delivered and Tim Sanders took care of it with no problem. Honestly the experience went pretty smooth. He inquired what we were looking for and began the process. Then the sales manager, another nice young man stepped in to introduce himself and take a look at our trade in. THEN, the owner came out to introduce himself, also a very nice young man. Throughout the process of looking at several different cars all three of the above were patient and courteous to us, and listened to our needs. In our opinion, a very good dealership to deal with. More
