Wayne Farris, the finance manager, did a great job explaining everything as we went along during the signing process (which didn't take very long at all). Between Dean Waldron & Tim Sanders, the deal-making process was smooth. Upon purchasing the vehicle there was an issue with a shaky steering wheel, but between Tim Sanders, Tim Chillik (service manager) and Dave Schraft (service advisor), the issue got fixed right away with no cost to us. Progressive is a great place to do business, with a wonderful staff to help make it as easy as possible. Thank you!! More
