I am very unhappy with my recent 2024 Rav4 purchase at Pat Lobb Toyota on 09/16/2024. I previously purchased a new 2011 RAV4 and a new 2016 Tacoma from Pat Lobb. I have used Pat Lobb for service on both Pat Lobb Toyota on 09/16/2024. I previously purchased a new 2011 RAV4 and a new 2016 Tacoma from Pat Lobb. I have used Pat Lobb for service on both of these vehicles for the past 13 years. Unfortunately, the 2024 RAV4 deal was: no deal! I received no discounts, special offers, or incentives. I ended up paying $2000 over sticker. The day after I purchased the new RAV4, I received a letter and coupons in the mail for "gas for a year at no extra charge" and "0% interest rates" if you purchased a new vehicle before 09/30/2024. I was not offered any of these incentives. It's a shame customer loyalty no longer lives at Pat Lobb Toyota. They knew I was going to buy, and I feel like I was taken advantage of. Update; After talking with John Ellis, my issues have been resolved. Thank you John. More

Shout out to Tim O'Grady and Toyota of McKinney. I've purchased several cars throughout my lifetime, and it's usually a painful process. This was the easiest one yet. I first made contact with Tim a I've purchased several cars throughout my lifetime, and it's usually a painful process. This was the easiest one yet. I first made contact with Tim at the beginning of the week. He found a few Tundras that met my requirements quickly, helped me settle in on the specific one that best suited me, gave me a really good price and I had that vehicle two days later. Unlike most of my other experiences with dealerships, Tim was happy to negotiate price and key terms remotely (via email and telephone), so my time spent at the dealership was quick and painless. Their finance guy - John Fulgoni - was equally efficient and easy to work with. He didn't waste my time pushing for numerous upsells (extended warranties, etc) like finance departments usually do. Well done guys! More

I was a returning customer and this go around we were not taken care of at all and I have had to fight for any assistance we have been given. I have lost sleep, I have been so angry with the lack of empathya taken care of at all and I have had to fight for any assistance we have been given. I have lost sleep, I have been so angry with the lack of empathyand consideration for their customers. I have had to email constantly, call constantly, and go in person to get responses. I am still trying to work with them before exploring state and legal advice/resources. I will update if something changes, but I would highly recommend to buy elsewhere. You will get burned; they will not care. I would also highly recommend that you get everything they say to you in writing (value of your trade, what they are offering you for your trade, that you take your time with the car fax (we were told ours was fine and it certainly was not)- they are compensating for the insurance increase due to vehicles history of prior damage. They WILL NOT disclose that you are buying a previous rental or fleet vehicle. Look at the warranties they force you to get and then add on later. Go line by line in the finance office. TAKE YOUR TIME with their paperwork. Make sure they give you everything they say they are and put it in writing (had to email constantly, call, and go in person to get forced services of LoJack activated.) This is not an honest place anymore. We were rushed because of health issues (they make you wait so long with no food) and our autistic children's schedules; our sales person was too busy to thoroughly explain what he was selling us (this is done on purpose). We were taken advantage of and the GM is not interested in customer service: they will say there's 2 sides to every story, but they consistently do sleezy dealership shenanigans. Please review all of the reviews. Not the old ones that have been refreshed. It's not the same place it was a few years ago! More
