He was the only sales agent to attempt selling a car to me, which I declined. He asked me if he can call me every now and then to check if I have changed my mind, which I agreed. Since then, he called me every 3 or 6 months even though I always said no to his offer. Finally, yesterday, I drove home a Corolla S Plus which I bought through him after a lengthy and patient negotiation. Tom's dedication to me as his customer is one for the books. I will copy his model in doing my business. It is a testimony to the corporate culture that Toyota of Naperville stands for. More

I have a hard time making major decisions, especially when it comes to car buying, but Justin worked with us patiently to find the right car for us and educate us in the leasing process. Not only Justin, but the whole team we worked with were very courteous and helpful. Toyota of Naperville is a class act! Very smooth process, once my wife and I made our decision. LOL.
