I think It was pure luck that we got Tim, since he was the only one working outside in this cold weather and we bumped in to him as we parked next to the building. At the end we felt we got a fair deal and there was no need for us to negotiate any further, and I hate negotiating, so we left the dealership very happy. Seems like a good, hard working family man. He thoroughly explained all the details of purchasing our certified used car from warranty to financing and service. Tim took his time through the entire process and made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed and stayed 4 hours after he was supposed to leave for the day.
