Very displeased customer I originally gave Napoli a 5 Star review but I have since changed to 0 stars. When I originally went to Napoli I bought a 2015 Altima. This car had I originally gave Napoli a 5 Star review but I have since changed to 0 stars. When I originally went to Napoli I bought a 2015 Altima. This car had the same issue over and over, my salesman called me to say they would like to get me into another car due to these problems and they want happy customers. I appreciated that very much and went back and was put into a 2016 Maxima. Beautiful car. However, I realized that the front passenger speaker in door was damaged as well as the counsel had cracks and dents. Also, the car is presently there for bent rims! How are all these point checks done on these cars and they don’t find them???? I was still ok until today when my salesman texted me that his manager will not take care of the damage inside because it’s not a safety issue. First of all my Altima had no damage inside and I expected the same for this one or at least be honest and tell me. I would not have agreed to the purchase of this maxima if I had been aware of this damage. I still appreciate my salesman, Frank and also Manny and Jose in Service but I will no longer refer Napoli to anyone nor if I am in need of another car I will not be going to Napoli. So, I am put out yet again with another car By having to make arrangements to drop my car off. I was put out big time with the Altima, not my fault but let’s not keep this customer happy. Let’s hope the Maxima doesn’t start having issues like the Altima did because this time I will not take it so lightly. i even left a message for the owner to contact me but never once heard from him. I have absolutely no respect or trust in Napoli’s management or owners living up to their verbiage of keeping happy customers. As far as Frank, Manny and Jose , They have 5 Stars but not Napoli Nissan. Paula More
