This is the first KIA my wife and I have ever purchased. For the last 55 years, we have purchased primarily Ford and GM products. Our salesperson at Kia of Leesburg was Tim Lile. Tim was very patient and th For the last 55 years, we have purchased primarily Ford and GM products. Our salesperson at Kia of Leesburg was Tim Lile. Tim was very patient and thorough providing us information during the sales process. We eventually purchased a 2026 Kia Sorento SX with the 2.5T engine and DCT transmission. Since our purchase on Sept. 25, 2025, we have had a couple of issues that Tim and Kia of Leesburg were quick to resolve. One of the issues was a chip in the paint of the hood. Kia of Leesburg remedied the situation by re-painting the entire hood. The other problem involved a defective windshield wiper blade. I made a service appointment and was handled by Service Advisor, AJ Jimenez. I explained the problem to AJ and waited for the car to be service. In a short time, AJ told me they had replaced both windshield wiper blades to fix the problem. AJ has followed up with me to check to make sure the problem had been resolved. I typically have my vehicles serviced at the dealership. With the service provided by Tim and AJ, I intend to use Kia of Leesburg for my future service requirements. More

I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and careless service from a dealership. Salesman Miguel Ulloa and Rolando were not only unhelpful but also disrespectful throughout the process. Instead of addres service from a dealership. Salesman Miguel Ulloa and Rolando were not only unhelpful but also disrespectful throughout the process. Instead of addressing my concerns, they treated me as if my time and business didn’t matter. Communication was poor, and their overall attitude showed a complete lack of respect for customers. If you value professionalism, honesty, and basic courtesy, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Luckily, I bought my new KIA in another dealership which valued my business. More

We bought a new 2026 Kia Sorento on Sept. 25. We've only had the vehicle two days. It's too early to evaluate the Sorento, but we really enjoyed the experience at the dealership, Our salesper 25.
