Zach Bell greeted me and showed me around until Tim was available. Between the two of them they found what I wanted and with no pressure to go beyond what I had told them. I got a great deal and a more than fair trade-in price for my car. Even put 2 new tires on the car I bought before they let me take it off the lot. Tim said it did not have memory seats, which were a requirement for us. It told him that was a deal breaker and he graciously said not to worry and he would find us a car that met our expectations - and he did! He is top notch and everyone buying or leasing a car from Tim will be beyond pleased every step through the process. The first welcoming greeting from Tim Lile set the tone for a friendly and cordial atmosphere where we felt relaxed and were able to exchange ideas and continue to negotiate in a very pleasant manner. Tim knew how much we could afford and he was able to get us in the car we wanted. We were so impressed with his customer service and strong inter-personal skills and the efforts he extended to satisfy a customer. The car is just the color I wanted and I am so impressed with the Kia Sorento. It drives with such ease, is so airtight and has great suspension. I enjoy sitting up higher for the visibility it provides. And the seats are so comfortable. I had back surgery and they feel so luxurious. The best part is I was able to get a 2014 SUV with only 8,000 miles and for me that is like buying a new car! Tim is one salesman with strong ethics, standards and principles.
