I travel all over the country and it’s extremely hard to make an appointment at a dealership. I needed a new head lamp and only had basically lunch break to get it done. Ask for Kaba! Kaba and his team took great care of me. They battled hard with the finance companies to beat my quote from my credit union. I can’t possibly recommend Lewisville anymore! Their service department is top tier. If you get a sports car with fancy rims they offer wheel protection. I will not purchase another vehicle from Lewisville Volkswagen. Partly, my fault for not getting the 2018 inspected by a mechanic of my choosing. After only 9 months of ownership there have been far too many repairs needed.... Lewisville Volkswagen doesn't seem to care, my car my problem. Also agree with another review I saw on here, regarding interest rate being high for my credit score. My fault for accepting the deal. I refinanced the loan as soon as possible, 2% lower interest rate. More
