I recently had a very disappointing experience with service advisor Melissa Ortiz. She did a poor job addressing the issue with my vehicle, replacing the bulb on the completely wrong side. When we took service advisor Melissa Ortiz. She did a poor job addressing the issue with my vehicle, replacing the bulb on the completely wrong side. When we took the car back to her, she was very rude, condescending, and did not want to address our concerns. This level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. We will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) regarding this matter. I would advise to stay away from this dealership and service Center and look elsewhere for your service where staff is willing to listen to your concerns and not be hostile. More

To Whom it May Concern, I want to take a moment to express my deepest appreciation for the incredible service I recently received. The situation with my car ended up being WAY bigger than anticipa express my deepest appreciation for the incredible service I recently received. The situation with my car ended up being WAY bigger than anticipated and Melissa was INCREDIBLE throughout the 2 month ordeal. Her professionalism, attention, ability to advocate for me, support, and dedication to ensuring my satisfaction was met was seriously a lifeline for me. It's not common to experience this kind of service anymore and I've NEVER experienced it from a car dealership/service department. I'm genuinely grateful for Melissa and her efforts. She was not only friendly but she was also very down to earth and willing to laugh about the situation...which in my life is a NEED. All that being said, I just wanted to reach out and ensure you were aware that Melissa, and the Lewisville VW service team are diamonds in the rough. The service I've received has solidified my loyalty to y'all and I have no problem pointing all my people your way. Thank you! More
