Buying the 2026 Explorer was very pleasant. It was a bit pricy but the front desk and finance got me approved with Ford Motor Company. We found a few things wrong with the vehicle after closing but Marlon said it would be no problem. I was scheduled to come in on Friday morning at 0700. Upon my arrival no one was ready for me. Marlon had not given the info ahead of time. Nothing was pre approved and they did not have a loaner vehicle available. I waited one and half hours and finally received a loaner vehicle and was informed it could take up to two weeks for my vehicle to be completed. So as a total experience it was ok but not pleased about how Friday morning went with my drop off. Pointing out that this was not the service departments fault that I could see. More

UNBELIEVABLE! ! I have NEVER had a better car buying experience than I did at Ford of Port Richey. Starting with our salesman, Dominick Menech. I was only there to ! I was only there to look around and maybe start looking into buying another truck. Dominick made me feel very comfortable with the way he handled himself and actually listened to what I wanted. The sales manager solidified that I needed to buy from this dealership. The signing of the paperwork was so easy, wife and I couldn’t believe it! I work 3 miles from the largest volume Ford dealership and drive by Veterans ford (which is the worst) everyday. I will gladly drive pass these other dealerships and drive out of my way to Ford of Port Richey for any of my vehicle’s needs. I will refer anyone I meet to visit Dominick and Ford of Port Richey. I can’t say enough about how great Dominick made the purchase such a positive and memorable customer experience!! 5 out of 5 stars for customer service, family feel, pricing, inventory, and employees. More

The online advertisement showed a very large discount on the vehicle, but when I arrived at the dealership I was told that the advertised amount included several special discounts (military, teacher, healthcare, etc.) that most customers do not qualify for. This was not clearly explained online. The process took several hours and the pricing was confusing. Although I eventually purchased the vehicle, the experience was frustrating and not transparent.
