However, I had never actually purchased a Lexus from Earnhardt until several weeks ago. I couldn't be more pleased. Sales & Leasing Consultant Leo Suhargo was over-the-top exceptional, from start-to-finish.He continually went out of his way to provide the information I needed quickly and efficiently, without pressuring me to make a decision. Leo even gave me a loaner overnight, so I could test drive my favorite model in real-life situations. The one time Leo was unavailable, he set me up with Mike Testani, who was equally helpful. The icing on the cake was that Tim Kocsis was able to put together a "head-turning" deal that significantly beat the offers I had received from several other local Lexus dealerships. So when it came time to write the check, the choice was obvious. Unmatched service. Attractive "let's do this" pricing. And an amazing new Lexus that I love beyond words. Each time I’ve had a different salesman that was good, but with all 3 vehicles including my new LS500 a Manager by the name of Tim helped me. He even walked me through F&I . I was very surprised to have a SalesManager be so active in the complete buying process. I’ve bought numerous vehicles in my 45 years from middle class places to as high class as Scottsdale Bentley and have never had such a comfortable, easy experience, nor someone with a title to put so much care and professionalism as that manger Tim did... Hopefully Earnhardt advances guys like him to General Manager so he can teach all of the managers and reps to making a car buying experience so seamless and comfortable!!! More
