Once again an enjoyable experience with the Palmen service department. Can’t say enough about the quality of service and the polite and professional service staff. The employees at Palmen GMC are always very nice to work with. They are courtious pleasant, and knowledgeable about the vehicles that the sell and service. Did not have appointment that I had set up. Computer screen doesn’t work in the cold and had to pay 200.00 for a diagnostic that I was not aware of.
