I have been coming here for service since I bought my car, and I have never received service as fast as I did this last time. I'm so used to leaving my car there for hours because it usually takes foreve car, and I have never received service as fast as I did this last time. The shuttle service was fast, and the rep who took care of me this time was the nicest, most attentive, and patient rep I’ve ever had. I loved my experience this last time! Salesperson was great but the rest was a mess. Wanted car title under a business but had trouble getting the credit report through so did my personal info. They knew I wanted it on the business an Wanted car title under a business but had trouble getting the credit report through so did my personal info. They knew I wanted it on the business and made no effort to switch it back from personal. I addition to not getting it titled the way I wanted I paid an additional $1000 in sales tax. NOT HAPPY More
