On October 2025 I bought a 2025 Chevrolette Corvette from BMW of Arlington. It was over $80K. They showered me with love during the sales process but after closing it was a different story. As you know, TT&L BMW of Arlington. It was over $80K. They showered me with love during the sales process but after closing it was a different story. As you know, TT&L expense is mandatory. You would expect that a dealer would be able to do this in their sleep. Not so with this dealership. I live in Denton county and require License plates from Denton County. This dealership got Collin County plates. I asked for the correct plates but they said that, for whatever reason, they were unable to get the correct plates but I could get them if I wanted to try. I copied Tim Branch, General Manager, on all my communications with their sales team. This is the same Tim Branch that emailed me, at the beginning of the sales process, touting how pleased he was that I was considering them for a car. and to contact him if I ever needed help. Well, I asked for help on 12/13/2025 via email, and phone mail, and got crichets. No response, no explanation, nothing. See how the love is once you buy from them? I now have a car with illegal plates and stuck with figuring out how to make this legal. I would recomment that you consider other car dealerships if you want to ensure being treated fairly. More
