I currently have a 2015 lease Civic which I have wanted to upgrade to the new model style. I realize I am over in miles but willing to put money down to get into a new lease. I also wanted to purchase a new CR-V. I wanted to stay as close to my current monthly payment on my civic which is $220.00/month and around $300.00 month for the CR-V. willing to put down 5000.00 total for both cars. I was informed there is no way this can happen that I was too upside down in my CIVIC. the miles are @ 52,500 with 6mos left on the lease.This is the third time I have been back in the last 6mos I really thought I would be driving new cars by now!!!!! This is the first time I have said to my self that I will never come back to a place and I have been in the customer service business for over 30 years!!!! I thought we had a relationship staff would recognize me on service visit. the general sales Manger recognized me before we started today!!!! very disappointing. More
