Brandon, sorry your felt our response was placing the blame for our treatment of your wife and you solely on Coggin. That was not our intent and I feel my execution did just the opposite. I was trying to say that the experience at Coggin already had you very stressed from what happened and our manager’s very unprofessional and uncouth treatment added to the emotions. We have addressed this with him and he acknowledged his treatment of you. Every week we review and discuss all experiences that our customers let us know about as a group how to improve. We believe, “There is no best only better.” We are sorry you do not want to return and give us a second chance to prove to you that this was an isolated experience. Occasionally, everyone slips up and deserves the opportunity to make things right. If you still feel strongly about not returning; than please give the second change to Coggin for your Honda.
