I was put in touch with Tommy Keefe who was also friendly and efficient in responding. Once I arrived, manager Warren reviewed the deal with me personally and went over the figures with me. No price changes or hidden fees either! What a nice change from other places! Tommy was just as pleasant in person as on our correspondence too. Vince billed me out and went over my options with me and was also friendly and courteous. Total team effort and a refreshing place to go that's 100% sleeze free. * Of note, I've been dealing with Warren for 10 + years and he not only took time to make me feel welcome, but he took several calls, helped sales staff, appraised cars and was friendly to several customers in between. Thats great leadership! I have at least 5 Honda stores closer to me but Brilliance is worth the extra drive. Classy staff from head to toe!
