I absolutely love having to bring my vehicle in every 2 years to replace the same part and a bonus is it's right after the warranty ran out so I can pay you 250 bucks to tell me it'll be 2500 to replace a years to replace the same part and a bonus is it's right after the warranty ran out so I can pay you 250 bucks to tell me it'll be 2500 to replace a part I got online for 150. You make a xxxx product and have for years I'll never do business with dodge/Chrysler again! More

Good and bad. I scheduled an appointment for an oils change which usually take 30 minutes. They took my car back 15 minutes late. No big deal. However they had it I scheduled an appointment for an oils change which usually take 30 minutes. They took my car back 15 minutes late. No big deal. However they had it in the shop while I was waiting to go to work for 2.25 hours. For paying dealership prices for an oil change and having an appointment scheduled with a note saying when I had to be out, I was less then happy! I also have a defective passenger side view mirror that the agent said she would contact the warranty department and get back to me Monday. Still waiting for the response. I bought the car Jan 2022. And added extended warranty to cover everything. So again I am very disappointed! More

Tom was my original adviser and for over a week would never give me an update unless I texted him first. He either quit or got fired and said the service manager would be talking to me as my information never give me an update unless I texted him first. He either quit or got fired and said the service manager would be talking to me as my information was passed to him. Service manager didn’t call me he had someone else call me despite this being an abnormal case. Then the service manager finally stepped in and it was just as hard if not harder to get a hold of him unless I physically showed up to the dealership. After 37 days I received my car unresolved since Chrysler corporate wanted to be greedy and selfish. After my last two services I would not recommend this dealership. I also had to fix my door on both occasions I brought my car in for service as I explained the doors were special and they proceeded to make no note of it and obviously the message was never passed along. More
