Tierra, our salesperson, helped to make our purchasing a new vehicle easy. She never made us feel rushed, even though we looked at several vehicles. Tierra was also very easy going and never pushy. Tris new vehicle easy. She never made us feel rushed, even though we looked at several vehicles. Tierra was also very easy going and never pushy. Tristano, our finance person, was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came signing papers. He took his time to answer the questions we had and gave us the time needed to make decisions on what we wanted added or not. Overall 10/10 experience!!! More

From the moment we drove up we had the BEST experience. We were allowed to look at multiple vehicles that we had in mind. We were never made to feel rushed or pressured into anything. Brought in my corvette. It has 278 miles. Oil was at 11%. I was concerned because I don’t drive it much. Service rep said they would check. Came back to pick up my car and a It has 278 miles. Oil was at 11%. I was concerned because I don’t drive it much. Service rep said they would check. Came back to pick up my car and asked what they found. Service rep said,” oh yeah. Good news it passed the 20 pt inspection. It was good.” I asked what they said about the oil being low. The service rep said,”you haven’t broken in yet.” I asked her what that meant? She couldn’t tell me. She said,”I don’t know, that is what he said.” This is an expensive car. I had no trust in her at all. She even asked another service rep to explain to me about cars. I’m not stupid. I don’t think oil evaporates. I left annoyed and upset. The service rep said she would call me in a couple days. Not interested in talking to her. Still concerned about my car. More
