Typical dealership, which if you have any experience with dealerships you know is not a good thing. First salesperson I worked with was below average. Had to talk to a manager about changing to a different s dealerships you know is not a good thing. First salesperson I worked with was below average. Had to talk to a manager about changing to a different salesperson. Second salesperson was better and communicated at an acceptable level. Ordering process was substandard and needs to be updated to an electronic online process that customers can access to understand where their vehicle is in the process. Had limited interaction with service department but seemed typical as well. Everyone I worked with could have been more knowledgeable about the features and options in the vehicle I purchased. All this being said, this dealership is still better than some of the other higher volume ones in the area that use deceptive tactics to increase the sales price of the vehicle you are purchasing. At least this dealership only upcharged $300 on the vehicle I bought instead of over a thousand like some of the others were going to. More

I have used this dealership for service for many years. I took my 06 Tacoma in because my truck would not shift into 4x4 lo or hi. After an hour service writer tells me truck needs a new transfer case. I took my 06 Tacoma in because my truck would not shift into 4x4 lo or hi. After an hour service writer tells me truck needs a new transfer case. The cost a little over $5000 dollars. No thanks. I took my truck to local independent mechanic and was told it is a small a small electric motor near the front differential was bad. Removed and replaced for around $300! I had a similar thing happen about 5 years ago at Luther Toyota. The service manager assured me it was a mistake by a service writer and would never happen again. How does it go? Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me! More
