Thank you for sharing your experience. We apologize for the frustration you encountered with parking when you arrived and understand that it unfortunately started your visit off on the wrong foot. When you brought the concern to our attention, our team apologized, offered to assist, and worked to have a sales consultant meet with you. Unfortunately, we were extremely busy at the time and were not able to have someone available as quickly as either you or we would have liked. We understand your frustration with the wait and regret that you chose to leave before we had the opportunity to assist you. We have also addressed the parking concern with our team.
