I visited Ardmore Toyota for the first time today. When I tried to park at least two men on site told me to "park on the right." The only problem being that there were no places to park on the right. When I tried to park at least two men on site told me to "park on the right." The only problem being that there were no places to park on the right. Obvious to me, but apparently not so to two different employees. I eventually found a parking space despite their advice and told the person at the central desk when I entered the showroom that I was already a little irritated. He smiled and said let's fix it. Fine. He then asked my name, but chose to address me by my first name. He took me to an empty desk and said someone would soon be with me. Ten minutes later when no one appeared, I left. Not the kind of service I expect when I'm spending thousands of dollars. More
