Customer service is TERRIBLE. Just need an update of my truck that is getting warranty/recall work done. The service manager Jeff has not called me back after multiple messages left, over one week. Getting the go around and no one is willing or able to assist. My sales person Kathryn, has no idea what is going on with my truck, she simply passed my info to service manager/advisor Jeff saying he will be in contact with me. Nick has been the ONE saving grace and only person who has answers calls and follows-up. He’s not able to provide what I need since it’s not his department. Overall lack of care and effort. Ridiculous.
