Really dont know what there is to workout ,you both said oil leak i pointed out before even test driving the truck was not a leak or looked at and taken care of .well that was not true and never was addressed. As per the oil leaks in my yard still.wish i could post pics of the non existing leak. Second waiting 3+ hrs a our designated meeting place for delivery and all i got was excuses from the salesman and when i called the manager about it he told me he would discuss the issue with the owner and call me the next morning with a way to compensate me for my wasted time waiting for delivery.magically no call or follow up .they just tell you anything they need to to make a sale.. if thats how management is why would employee's strive for anything better. Third ,was told there were 2 sets of keys-remotes .never received upon delivery .Called and was magically told there was only 1 set when clearly on the tag says 1 of 2. Again llies Fourth paid cash for truck now im told i have to wait 7-9 weeks for tbe title. xxx kind of xxxxxxxx is that Fifth, never received and paperwork at signing had to waut for delivery and they showed me a 15 or 30 day warranty paper at signing but when i got my paperwork at delivery they magically slipped in a no warranty paper that i never seen nor has my signature on it. Hmmm very shady dealership to deal with.Never Again. These are all true statements and facts so any excuse they try to respond on this matter unless acknowledgement of these facts is nothing more than an excuse to try and justify there poor customer service. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB
