We are sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience with us. Our goal is to provide the best service possible. After closer review of your transaction, it appears that the team had exhausted all options to provide the necessary help to address and fix the issues you had mentioned. We had multiple options available for you, we offered to replace the car for a newer car with less miles and comparable payment which was declined by you and decided to keep the car you bought. We provided a loaner car while we fixed the issue that was brought to us after the time of purchase and even though the condition at time of purchase didn't have the issue you brought us and was determined to be a damage to the axle after the fact we still agreed to fix it and we did. Also every car over 70,000 miles is sold AS IS with no dealer warranty, we still agreed to fix it because our clients come first. We gave you the option on extending the warranty on it at the time of the sale expressing that is an AS IS car and the importance of getting a Warranty but you had also declined. We apologized for any inconvenience this may have caused but we did do our best to make you happy and the team did go above and beyond to make sure you are pleased.
