rotation even with a scheduled appointment. Then my truck started choking out and smoking. It was a Friday, they towed it, it was there over the week

It was a Friday, they towed it, it was there over the weekend so I was without a vehicle, Monday they said they just over filled the oil and it was ready to come pick up. They were not very friendly or fast or competent with us.
