We had a pickup that the repairs were complete, my parents were going to Amarillo so they were going to pick up the truck, when going over the overpass to get to Greg Lair, with all the construction t parents were going to Amarillo so they were going to pick up the truck, when going over the overpass to get to Greg Lair, with all the construction they hit something on the road that caused the tire to go flat; they made to the shop door and the tire was completely flat on a car that they had purchased from Greg Lair so my 89 year old Dad walked in and asked for help. The service department man stated that he had no one available to help them. It was close to lunch, so they went into Canyon in the repaired truck ate and came back at 1:30 pm. Walked into the service department and ask again for help. The service man stated that there was no one available to help so my dad attempted to change the tire in the 100 plus degree temperature and did not get it change so he went back into the service shop and asked again... no help, so then he ask who can I get to help and finally they said just call dollar tire, I believe. We have purchased 4 vehicles from Greg Lair and to be treated this was insulting to us. More

Buying my vehicle from here was great. However my first service was not up to my expectations. The guy wasn't very friendly at all. The first service was also supposed to be free. It was not, he said that it had expired. Why would your first free service expire after spending close to $100,000 for a vehicle.... More
