Let's put it this way, if we were to ever take our car
back to them, we will plan for our car to be out a week. If you schedule an appointment for an oil change, it will take a week. Diagnose an air leak
back to them, we will plan for our car to be out a week. If you schedule an appointment for an oil change, it will take a week. Diagnose an air leak on a windshield, a week. Rattle in the rear end of a car, a week. Diagnosis a transmission problem, a week.
**Additionally, if you get your oil changed here, you better double check it. We got our car returned from them 1.5 quarts low.****
If you can afford to have a car in the shop for week, then this place could be your dealer.
I'm not sure if the dealer service advisors don't have any idea how things get scheduled/length of duration or they are dealing with a bunch of incompetence in the shop from the techs or the service manager.
I would suggest that you find a different dealer to get anything fixed at.
So, now we have to travel at least 2hrs, one way to find a dealer to work on this car for warranty work.
I have a sneaking suspicion that they know they are the "least worst service shop for gm" in the texas panhandle and they know you have no other option for gm work.
