He was super easy to talk to and treated my wife and I like close friends. He explained everything very well and was obviously very knowledgable. It felt like we were in good hands. Honda is a better company for having him. I, too, wish him all the best. Oh, and they also gave us cake, a hoodie and a hat!! Those guys were freaking AWESOME!! Thanks again, everyone!!!
