I purchased a new 2021 Cosair from this dealership and the buying experience was extremely poor. The salesman Temo and finance person Bob Burke were awesome and if it gad not been for those two gentlemen the buying experience was extremely poor. Great Service, friendly, and respectful. The car was in great condition for a great price. The process went with very little complications that was easily fixed. I would give 0 star if I could. I bought a car from this dealer in Dec 2020. I really regretted buying a car from them. They didn't care you as a customer but your money. I felt I was ignored when I walked dealer in Dec 2020. I really regretted buying a car from them. They didn't care you as a customer but your money. I felt I was ignored when I walked into the door, no greeting, nobody cared about me. After looking at the car twice, I bought the car, but felt bad right after paying. I should've tested drive for a second time, then I wouldn't buy it for sure. I drove back home after payment and the salesman (Temo Velazquez) drove the car to my address later. I signed all paperwork in the car without lights on, I didn't pay too much attention to my name on paperwork that they spelt incorrectly (Lessons learnt). I noticed the misspelling of my name on title transfer and registration applications (But my name was correct on the initial payment document, so the finance messed it up) right after Temo left and called him to correct my name for title and registration. He said he would let the finance manager know and correct it. I drove back for powertrain inspection as I heard some noise, during which I asked for a copy of transaction. I noticed my name was still misspelt on it, but the finance manager (Bob Burke I believe) said he corrected in the system. The noise was from the tires and gone after I changed four tires. Now I cross my fingers not to have any problems on the car. I called them after two weeks, one month, and two months asking why I haven't received my title, the finance manager said it would take 90 days due to the Covid, Ok, let's wait for 3 months. I felt my name was not corrected, so I called the Secretary of State around 3 months, they said my name was misspelt. GOOD JOB, BOB BURKE and ROOSEVELT STURKEY, you guys were so INCOMPETENT in your position that you couldn't do one thing right!!!!!!!!!!! Or maybe you didn't care your customers at all but their money or you intentionally wanted to give me more troubles. Eventually, I received my title in my mail box with wrong name. I called Temo and Roosevelt Sturkey and left voice messages many times, Temo said he told the finance manager to correct it, so he kicked the fault to the finance. Well, Roosevelt and Bob never returned my calls to solve the issue. Now I filed a correction application and paid $53, because I believe I could save more energy to do my important things rather than beg them correct it to save 50 bucks like a beggar. I am seriously telling you all not thinking about buying a car from them. I've rarely given such low star review (read my google reviews). BE AWARE of this dealer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid them like plague!!!!!!!!!! More

My wife and I recently found out from our Chevy dealer that our Suburban needed a large amount of work not covered by warranty, so we decided to find a new truck. We entered Rizza Ford in Orland Park w that our Suburban needed a large amount of work not covered by warranty, so we decided to find a new truck. We entered Rizza Ford in Orland Park with the hopes of finding a new truck, while still keeping our former car payment somewhere around where we previously were. I reached out to Phil Rizza, owner through a connection. He was responsive, kind and not pushy at all. Phil promised to treat us great, and he did. Phil put us in touch with Luke, one of his senior sales leaders. Luke was amazing. He was patient with us, gave us a nice offer for our used vehicle and he was honest about our different options. Luke went out to the market and found a great truck for us that we love, that was around the same as our former car payment. Luke was very nice to us and allowed us to ask tons of questions, we were probably pretty annoying, but this was a big decision for us. Luke was awesome and treated us like we were his only customer. I have worked with many car dealers and sales agents within dealers. I can honestly say that I will never go to another dealer, or work with anyone other than Luke to purchase another vehicle. On top of that we love our new truck and it is exactly what we were looking for at a great price. More
