I stopped by the dealership to look at a F150 King Ranch. Met Philip Rizza, told him what I wanted and picked out my truck. The negotiating process was acceptable and fair. The workers really don’t show much interest in helping you. They act extremely sketchy and they let me take a 2018 f150 home with no oil. You would think buying a 2018 from a Ford dealership that they wou you. They act extremely sketchy and they let me take a 2018 f150 home with no oil. You would think buying a 2018 from a Ford dealership that they would maintenance and take car of they’re vehicles so the last thing I would check is the oil. The oil was barely touching the dipstick. Talked to a manager and was told to take it to a Ford dealership and get it done and they’ll reimburse me. I never got reimbursed even tho I tried to reach out to two persons and it’s been over 3 weeks now. Worst dealership experience ever and very shady people. Please don’t be like me and be impatient just look elsewhere. More
