Even with an appointment, it just takes too long, especially at the end of the service. My car sat in the completed area for 30 minutes and I record no notification. The receptionist that my car was especially at the end of the service. My car sat in the completed area for 30 minutes and I record no notification. The receptionist that my car was sitting there and she told me it wasn’t showing as completed. I had to ask a manager to confirm it. He went to my assigned manager, that’s when he came over to confirm it was finished. He then tells me that he said it would be long wait, I said fine but it’s been sitting there completed for 30min. You just have too many layers of communication and not of them were used or efficient. I never received a text of call. So what’s the point. I’m an ex manager so I know what I’m talking about. More
