Diana was extremely patient, understanding & friendly. She took my parents & myself for a test drive. We all drove the Forester and loved it! This was the perfect car for my parents, Dad 89 years old and Mom "in her 80's", hence I say more regarding Diana's patience. He helped us to understand how the features worked in practice during our test drive so we could effectively weigh the pros and cons of each package. He and Teddy helped us come to a good price on a car and find the color we were looking for. Dave kept us updated on the car's arrival very well! We worked with Tom in the Finance Department and he was very helpful! He talked us through all our options and made sure we understood each one.
