He helped us to understand how the features worked in practice during our test drive so we could effectively weigh the pros and cons of each package. He and Teddy helped us come to a good price on a car and find the color we were looking for. Dave kept us updated on the car's arrival very well! We worked with Tom in the Finance Department and he was very helpful! He talked us through all our options and made sure we understood each one. Great Salsman I have purchased many cars over the years and never had a salsman as Hreat at Gary. For this reason, we specifically asked for Sam when we came back the second time; he spent the afternoon test-driving multiple cars with us assessing what we liked and did not like about each. It was easy . I was bringing my least Subaru to service for a small upgrade and decided to look at the 2019 models since my lease was going to be up in a few mon . I was bringing my least Subaru to service for a small upgrade and decided to look at the 2019 models since my lease was going to be up in a few months. I was there early in the morning and so at that point Teddy, the sales manager was the only one in the show room. He was very pleasant very smart and gave me an off a lot of information. At that several of the salesman came in and Teddy asked Chris Scarlet to help me. Chris was very polite and very kind and thoughtful. He took me for a test drive and after I returned we worked on negotiating the price for me to turn in my leased car a little bit early and get the 2019 Impreza. An excellent experience. More
