I’m going to be honest here, I was very disappointed that after I applied online I didn’t receive a call to let me know if I was approved. It wasn’t until the day I picked up the car and I was talking to Gei after I applied online I didn’t receive a call to let me know if I was approved. It wasn’t until the day I picked up the car and I was talking to Geico that I found out who the lender was. Plus In the early stages my husband was getting the calls about what was happening when I’m the one who applied for the loan. I know you’re all familiar with him because he bought his car their last year, I felt like they only wanted to talk to the guy. Otherwise I love the car and Chris explained everything in detail the afternoon I picked it up even though I can’t remember a few things but that’s me and I will read the manuals. Not happy that within a week of getting the car I had a tire with low pressure and my husband brought it in and it was patched, that’s no fault of anybody’s. I will recommend Garavel and Chris. More

Despite initial inventory challenges, Diana and Teddy secured exactly the car we wanted in a very short period of time. The entire process was very straightforward and we feel like we got a great deal. They gave us significantly more money for our trade in relative to what was offered at three other area dealerships -multiple thousands of dollars more than the next best offer! We are so happy with our new car and will absolutely return to Garavel for our next Subaru purchase. More
