I bought my new Legacy yesterday and had a good experience at the dealership. Joe was wonderful. He found the car I wanted and guided me through the process of buying it. He's experienced and knowl experience at the dealership. Joe was wonderful. He found the car I wanted and guided me through the process of buying it. He's experienced and knowledgeable, and patiently taught me the technology in the car. He also assured me that he would be available for questions in the future. I'm also grateful to Tom. He was friendly and patiently helped us with all the paperwork. Teddy was nice enough to pitch in and help me and answer questions when Joe was out due to illness. She herself bought two vehicles from Garavels other jeep/ram dealership and recommended to check out the Subaru since she had owned Subaru in the past. I am so happy I made the switch but cannot recommend the dealership and the ownership enough. I had such a positive experience and three cars to from all their dealerships a testimony on management running the dealerships so well! In addition we had an issue with a mistake on our title from the DMV. The management team promised to keep the same trade in price until we were able to resolve the issue! After 3 weeks we were able to obtain a new title and came in to work with Gary on the trade in. It was so simple and easy. They honored the price of trade in with no issue. Thank you Joe, Gary and Teddy and the rest of the management team! More
