We just purchase our GMC Denali 2500 HD from Tom Frat and nothing about this experience disappointed. The transaction was so smooth and got the best deal around. Great and memorable delivery Tom Frat is a cool professional sales representative. He had everything ready for us when we arrived and we went over everything on our brand new be Tom Frat is a cool professional sales representative. He had everything ready for us when we arrived and we went over everything on our brand new beautiful Buick Encore, and then I went into the finance office and met with Wayne King who handled all of the "paper work with me". I say "Paper" work because they don't actually have you sign using paper. It's all on this amazing touch screen which takes up the entire desk. Everything is crystal clear and enlarged so you can see all of the fine print if you care to read it. He just flips the screen so I could sign and then he flips it so he could witness with his signatures. When we were all done, I saw him wiping down all of the surfaces for Covid, which was so well done and very professional. Then he wiped down this little case with a visor in it so I could see what looked like one of my wife's crystal perfume bottles. But it was a stick which contained all of my paperwork. I couldn't believe it! Real crystal, with a neat Paul Masse logo etched with a laser in the center of the crystal. Imagine that! When I was home later that day I plugged it into my PC...and it lit up! It was really cool. I opened my file of paperwork and there it all was, my signatures and everything. I always hated those cumbersome rolls of paperwork after buying a car. Not at Paul Masse's. This is just one little touch, but it says a lot. It says that the customer experience is everything to them. I love this place! More
