Erin was great un important thing in my life but I understand the world is moving forward and need to understand technology to live in today’s world. Erin was great understanding my situation and based her presentation accordingly. She was able to address all my questions in a simple, non complex explanation. She also pointed out features that I was not aware of but will definitely enhance my experience with the new car!
