Not your average "car dealership"! Let me start by saying that I have the perception that I will be taken advantage of when dealing with car sales people and car dealerships. Prior to m Let me start by saying that I have the perception that I will be taken advantage of when dealing with car sales people and car dealerships. Prior to my current purchase, I have only ever, in my 57 years, purchased one car from a dealership. My sales person, Sam Spencer, is not your average car salesman. He really makes you feel he is on your side, as much as he can be as an employee of the dealership. I got the car I wanted at a price I could afford. The dealership was very fair with my two trade-ins and Sam went to bat for me on price. Then onto finance where it's normal to be pressured into taking the extended "bumper to bumper warranty. Not so at world Subaru. Frankie offered the warranty at a very reasonable price. I even took it, the price was so good. Because we arrived at the dealership late in the day on Saturday, everyone, including Daniella, our Delivery Specialist, had to stay late. She did so with a smile. She spent time with us making sure we understood the features of the car and even programmed my phone to work with the car's internal Bluetooth. I returned the following week to drop off one of my traded cars and spent some time with Tara. She gave me a little more training with some of the features of my car. I must say I'm extremely impressed with everyone I've come in contact with over at World Subaru and would recommend them to anyone! More

Excellent The other day I went in for an oil change for the first time at World Subaru. And if I had to rank there Customer Service it would be an absolute 10/1 The other day I went in for an oil change for the first time at World Subaru. And if I had to rank there Customer Service it would be an absolute 10/10! In my business, customer service is our main priority and witnessing how they handled almost made me offer them jobs! Since it was my first time their I didn't really know where to go. Tara saw how lost I was in the building and without hesitation she got up and assisted me to the right direction with a friendly attitude. Tara then brought me to Julie, and nothing but smiles from her as well. Julie was very helpful as well and made sure I got everything that I needed done! She also offered me a free car wash after my oil change. Nothing but friendly people from the front desk to the techs. Hands down the best encounter I had at a dealership. I will be going there for now on for any problems with my new Subaru. Much thanks for Tara and Julie making it a great experience. More
