Travis, my salesman was honest, easy to work with and knew his product. This was my fourth Subaru, so I can tell if someone knows the product. We came to an agreement price, trade and loan terms without any tricks, or shell games. The staff was honestly friendly and we even shoot hoops while waiting to finish the deal. When done, Tara helped me set up my phone and showed me the new features that the Impreza Sport offers. She was very helpful and saved me time looking the stuff up on YouTube. I appreciate the service and stress free buying. Nice to walk out without feeling cheated or treated like a mark. I would recommend World to anyone in the area. More

I wasn't looking forward to car shopping again......But, a friend just bought an Outback from World Subaru and told me of the great experience they had there.! I researched the Subaru and found out what a great reputation (and following!) it had! (But...I still wasn't sure.... ) I was lucky enough to have Steve Stigliano approach my husband and I as we looked through the lot. Steve provided me with his card + cell number, but never was pushy;never pressured me: he was very easy to talk to;explained the different models; and let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted. As we sat by his desk, the deal was made effortlessly! And Steve handled the paperwork quickly yet efficiently! If you are looking for a salesman who has these qualities, well then Steve's your guy! 5 STARS FOR STEVE STIGLIANO!!!!! Next, we went to see the Financial Mgr. Kristen Inaugurato. Well, another pleasant experience! She was not pushy, extremely efficient and friendly. She explained the service contract we bought and answered all our questions quickly! 5 STARS FOR KRISTEN INAUGURATO!!!!! It's not over yet....Then we went to see Customer Care Representative Tara Mullins! Did you ever want someone to talk to you about the car you just bought? .....and explain to you all the features your new car has? Well Tara took me out to my new car and sat inside with me... explaining everything! (Such patience!) (Time was not an issue) She set up my Bluetooth, explained the many features my new car had and had me demonstrate to make sure I "got it"! Now it had been a while since I bought a car, but no one ever gave me that support! In the past, it had been "Here's the keys....Good Luck to You!"(I am dating myself because we don't even use "keys" anymore!) Tara handed me her card and yes...I have called her cell for additional info! Again, she was pleasant, knowledgeable and still encouraged me to call back with any questions! 5 STARS FOR TARA MULLINS!!!!! Lastly, I had stopped by World Subaru for paperwork and needed to ask another question about my new car. Nicole Sciamarelli eagerly went out to my car with me and programmed in the information I wanted. Again, she encouraged me to reach out to them with any questions. 5 STARS FOR NICOLE SCIAMARELLI!!!!! In closing, to sum it up: World Subaru made my buying experience pleasant and I got the car I wanted for price I was willing to spend. But it was the employees like Steve,Kristen, Tara and Nicole who really "sealed the deal"! World Subaru should be proud they have employees that are so caring,professional and dedicated! We have driven EVERY Suburu in the lineup. Love the Forrester. We are very satisfied with the quality of Suburus and didn't think 2x when we needed another vehicle. We met with Lester Soto knowing pretty much what we wanted. He was patient and fun to deal with. it was a Saturday at the end of the month. The dealership was packed. Go see him if you need a test drive. Kristen Inaugurato was a pro with financing. Helped us take advantage of every add-on option and apply discounts. Star of the day was Tara Mulling the Customer Care Rep/Concierge. She went over every feature of our new car and was a lot of fun. Seemed to love her job! Bottom line, great cars, fair price, fantastic service department (that doesn't look to rip you off), and a friendly staff. Buy from this dealership! More

An Easy and Pleasant Experience This was probably the easiest car purchase I ever made. I went on truecar.com to check what people were paying for the model I wanted. Once you input your information several dealers respond with prices. I was glad to see that World Subaru responded first since they were close by and had a good reputation. Jonathan Smith, the internet sales person sent me a price for the model I wanted, but it didn’t have the options I wanted. I went to the World Subaru web site and found a model configured just the way I wanted in the color I wanted in their inventory. When Steve called I asked if he could price that Forester for me and set up a test drive. The appointment was set up and the quote came in less than 30 minutes that was lower than my target price! Jonathan made my appointment with another salesman Steve Stigliano who was waiting for us when we arrived. I was grateful for this since the dealership was very busy with customers at every sales desk and wandering the showroom looking at vehicles. This was the first time I had ever been to a dealership that resembled the busyness you see in car commercials. Usually dealerships are fairly empty with salesmen looking bored. The car I wanted was ready and after making a copy of my license, Steve handed us the keys and sent us on our way, It was nice to be able to take the Forester out for a drive without a salesman in the car. I was wondering when we came back, would there be any haggling. Was the quote a true quote or was is padded with things we didn’t qualify for like college grad discount or military discount. Or would I be able to get the price but mot the 0% interest being promoted. To my, and my wife’s delight, the quote was the quote. Everything was as presented. We got the price quoted and the 0% interest. Steve started the paperwork and all went smoothly. We met with the finance manager, Kristen, a very nice young lady, who offered the extended warrantees which we declined. There was no pressure. She also took care of arranging for the specialty license plates we wanted from the Motor Vehicle Commission. We wanted to pick up the car the following week so we scheduled that. During the week we received emails setting up our Sirius XM radio, setting up our first service complimentary appointment, and more. Steve even took care of contacting our insurance company for us. When we arrived the next Saturday to pick up our car, Steve introduced us to Tara Mullins, a customer care rep with the title Delivery Specialist. Tara went to the car with us and patiently showed us how to work all the electronics and switches as well as answered any questions we may have had. She also gave us a Subaru notebook to write down any questions that may come up. When we go back to get our license plate, she will help with any questions we have, go over everything again and give us a $25 gas gift card. I do plan to ask about the luggage carrier cross bar rails. They came with the vehicle but were in a box in the cargo area. I expected that they would have been installed since they were not an add-on, but were part of the included items. I am guessing that it was just overlooked. I am hoping that World Subaru will install them without charge at our first servicing. All in all, this was an excellent, non-pressured experience with incredibly nice people to work with. Will gladly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a Subaru. A pleasant and positive experience. More
