Another great experience I purchsed a 2020 Subaru Outback at World Subaru two days ago. It is my second Outback in under three years (my last was a 2017 Outback). I wrote glow I purchsed a 2020 Subaru Outback at World Subaru two days ago. It is my second Outback in under three years (my last was a 2017 Outback). I wrote glowing reviews about this dealership with the last purchase and my perceptions have not changed. The attitude of the dealership, that was clearly evident from my salesman, Tim Stewart, is nothing but accomodating, stressLESS, and helpful. I have purchased, through a variety of dealerships, over a dozen cars (Mercedez to Cadillacs to Peugeots to VW Passats to Honda Accords). My experiences at World Subaru have been exceptional. Tim Stewart,my salesman, was incredibly accomodating, pleasant, and helpful. It seems nothing was too much for him to do to assist me. And Tara Lee Mullins, the tech specialist who reviewed the car with me, left nothing to my imagination. She was thorough, helpful and both she and Tim could not have been nicer or easier to work with. Both have subsequently reached out to me to see if I was satisfied or needed anything else. My experiences have been so positive that I referred my daughter and son-in-law to World Subaru and they too wound up buying a 2020 Outback. My son-in-law remarked that of all the dealerships he has been to, he has never had such a good experience. Let's face it, buying a car is a tedious process, but World Subaru makes it as palatable and easy as possible. More
