Just bought my new Subaru Crosstrek from Sam! Everything was great. Nicole and Tara helped me go over the car and explained everything. We had so much fun. These girls are the absolute best. He has always made us feel that we were important, and not just customers. He has been patient, solicitous and was free with his time and advice. In none of my dealings with this dealership I have never felt pressured to come to a decision. The cherry on the sundae is the orientation given by Tara after the pressure free interview with Michael Warnock, who gives an honest evaluation of the various peripheral offerings. After her run through, you almost want to go home and read the manuals! More
