I just went in to look, and in a few hours walked out with a new car! The sale was unpressured, and comfortable. The dealership had a warm vibe and I felt I was treated like a valued family member. Sam Spencer my sales associate was informative, interested in my needs, a great listener and totally authentic. He took all of the apprehension from my purchase, making buying a new vehicle a joyful experience. I drove away with a new car, an updated insurance card, a temporary registration, and a dealership and rep I knew had my back. Michael Warnock helped me select a service plan that was best for my needs in a relaxed non-pressured way. I returned a few days later to be trained on the car's many bells and whistles which were overwhelming after driving a 2014 and 2016 car. Tara Mullins, who assisted me, was not only a joyful enthusiastic human, but knew exactly what I needed to know without overwhelming me with too much. She would not let me leave until she had answered all my questions and concerns and shared things she found useful from other Forester owners. She was like a human Subaru cheerleader, and I was on her team. Buying my new car was a wonderful and positive experience and I would recommend Circle Subaru to anyone who asks, and already have. More
