Rich was fantastic and very helpful, going out of his way to accommodate our schedule. I did not appreciate that sales manager Mike tried to sneak a fee on the payment breakdown (took off $250 but then adde to accommodate our schedule. I did not appreciate that sales manager Mike tried to sneak a fee on the payment breakdown (took off $250 but then added an over $600 fee for upholstery/paint protection) and he says nothing about it until i questioned it. Then i was told it was optional. That felt sneaky, which is a shame because Rich did everything right. We did still buy, but I think you can do better. More

Circle Subaru fulfilled everything I want from a car dealership: friendly employees, informative sales staff and no pressure tactics used. The moment I entered the dealership I felt welcomed. In short order,I learned so much from Rich, my sales associate, about the Subaru Crosstrek. After a fun test drive, I was absolutely sold. Upon picking up my new car a few days later, Brianna taught me everything I needed to know about the technology in my new car. Having traded in a 12 year old vehicle with NO technology, Bri had her work cut out for her. But she was undaunted and made me feel very confident before I left the dealership. I love the fact that Bri encouraged me to call her with any questions I might have as I spent some time driving my car. When I picked up my license plates a few weeks later, both Rich and Bri were on hand to greet me and to ask how things were going with my Crosstrek. At that time I did have a few questions which they were happy to answer. Since my experience at Circle Subaru I have recommended them to every person who has commented on my new car. I truly love my new Crosstrek and Circle Subaru!!!! More
