I bought my first Outback at Circle SUBARU 6 1/2 years ago and I just went back to get my second. Gianni greeted me at the door. And he couldn’t have been nicer through out the whole process. After the purchase, Bri helped me with my new Outback and all the new updates and changes. Dennis, who sold me my first, stopped by to say,”Hello”. The finance guy, Michael(?), again another easy person to work with, made the process go smooth and not difficult. There are other Subaru dealerships in Ocean/Monmouth Counties. Make it easier on yourself and go to Circle SUBARU. More

Update to my original 5-star review: I initially left a glowing review based on my sales experience. Unfortunately, serious issues emerged after delivery that I feel obligated to share for transparency. a glowing review based on my sales experience. Unfortunately, serious issues emerged after delivery that I feel obligated to share for transparency. The vehicle was advertised and sold as Certified Pre-Owned, but I later learned it was never registered as CPO, despite documentation and an extended warranty being in place. Required CPO inspection paperwork was not provided at delivery, and damage to the rear bumper that existed prior to sale was not disclosed. Additionally, the dealership failed to properly handle interstate title and registration. I provided my license and insurance at purchase and emailed the required Delaware Form 212 a week later. Despite assurances that the title was mailed, the vehicle was never titled in Delaware, two temporary tags expired, and I was left unable to legally drive the car. Repeated attempts to resolve these issues directly with the dealership were unsuccessful, and communication eventually stopped. I have since escalated the matter to Subaru of America. I regret that my experience did not match my initial impression and would advise future buyers to ensure all CPO and title documentation is fully completed and confirmed before taking delivery. More

I had another great experience with Fred Cole, Mike Daiello and Mike Warnock! We bought a 2025 Forester on 9/30/24 and now a 2025 Legacy a few days ago! Great team at Circle Subaru!!
